The Linn Kore sub-chassis and armboard upgrade enhances the performance of the Linn Sondek LP12 through greater rigidity and improved mechanical integrity. Its lightweight aluminium sub-chassis uses a multi-layer box construction formed from three bonded aluminium sheets to create an exceptionally stiff structure with minimal unwanted damping.
The armboard is precision-machined from solid aluminium and reinforced with ribs on the underside before being bonded to the sub-chassis, forming a rigid assembly that effectively behaves as a single component.
