  • Revolver weighs 2.530 kg +/- 45 gm. Linn platters vary a bit but mine is 2.542.  

  • In the vast majority of cases Revolver is a straight forward swap over upgrade.

  • The inner diameter remains the same ensuring compatibility with both Radikal and Lingo 4 sensor pick ups.

  • The primary benefit is even weight distribution which allows the stylus to track the groove at optimum level.

  • Unlike a cast platter there is no porosity (gaps or air pockets, think honeycomb bar).

  • Porosity has a detrimental effect causing the platter to be unbalanced.  

  • Revolver is not subject to these compromises.

  • The manufacturing process will ensure each unit is within a very fine tolerance of 0.10mm and beautifully finished in natural silver.
